I love it when my job allows me to see places that I’ve never been before! Linea & Vebjørns wedding took me all the way to Sokndal in the south-western part of Norway. A pretty long drive where the last hour takes you through some amazing curvy mountainous roads!
Sara & Adrians wedding was one of a kind. Good vibes and happy people all around and a super fun and lovely wedding! An amazing experience for both me and the guests I’m sure!
Tiffany and Tui came from Texas to hike some of the most spectacular trails we have here in Norway. I was super lucky and got to join them on one of these hikes, the Knutshøe peak. We had a great time in a breathtaking sunset on what felt like was the top of the world
A collection of some of my favorite images and moments from 2017.
Getting married in the middle of October in Norway can be risky. You never know if you'll get summery vibes or a full blown winter storm. But wow were we lucky with the weather this day, and it set the tone for an amazing wedding day for Hanna and Andreas.
In Helene and Aleksanders wedding I was both a guest and photographer. They are good friends from waaaay back, and I was so happy and honored when they asked me to document their wedding day. I knew this was going to be an awesome wedding, with Helene and Aleksander being laid-back, fun and awesome people :)
Alcina and Glenn from Singapore wanted to do a 'couples photo shoot' while they were in Norway this summer. At first I did all the communication with Alcina, so I was curious about this Glenn that I hadn't spoken to yet. But about a 6 weeks before we met up, Glenn contacted me and told me that he was secretly planning to propose to Alcina while in Norway!
Beautiful church ceremony and dinner with family in the city, boat out to an island, cakes/dancing/good times with friends & family all afternoon, jazzy live big band, send old people home at 11PM, DJ gets the dance floor going, roasted bbq lamb on a spit at 3AM
Sometimes the stars align to create the most beautiful wedding day. This is what happened with Kaia and Matias' wedding! The ceremony was held at the stunning Lindesnes Lighthouse, which is Norway's southernmost point! A beautiful backdrop for this special day!
I was lucky enough to be contacted by Michelle and Simon, a lovely couple from Hong Kong. They recently got engaged and wanted to do a pre wedding session on their trip to the Nordic countries. After some planning we chose the beautiful Aurland in the western part of Norway, a couple hours north of Bergen. This area is known for its fjords, mountains and all-round spectacular nature.
